1. The service

Bay IPTV provides access to live television channels and on-demand content over the internet for the term purchased. Channel lineups change as broadcasters change; we maintain the list as completely as we reasonably can but cannot guarantee any single channel indefinitely.

2. Your account

• Credentials are personal to you. The number of simultaneous streams is set by the plan purchased.
• Sharing or reselling credentials outside a reseller agreement may result in suspension without refund.
• You are responsible for a suitable internet connection — 15 Mbps or better is recommended.

3. Payments and renewals

All plans are one-time payments for a fixed term. Nothing renews automatically and no card details are retained.

4. Reseller credits

Reseller credits are sold in blocks and do not expire. Credits are non-refundable once a panel has been opened and credits issued, except where required by law. Resellers set their own retail prices and are responsible for their own customers and first-line support.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to rebroadcast, restream, record for redistribution or resell the service outside a reseller agreement; not to probe or attack our infrastructure; and not to use the service where doing so would be unlawful where you live. Compliance with local law, including any television licensing obligations, is your responsibility.

6. Availability and liability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your current term.
