The 7-day money-back guarantee
Every Bay IPTV subscription carries a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within seven days of activation, tell us and we refund in full. There is no retention script and no interrogation.
How to claim
- Message us on WhatsApp, live chat, or email contact@iptvservices.online from the address used at checkout.
- Tell us briefly what did not work. It helps us improve but will not affect your refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 3–5 business days.
After the first seven days
Beyond the guarantee window we consider refunds case by case, principally for extended outages attributable to us. Unused months on longer plans are not automatically refundable, but we can pause a line during long travel — just ask.
Reseller credits
Credit blocks are stock rather than a service subscription. Once a panel is opened and credits are issued they are non-refundable, though unused credits never expire.
Free trials
Trials cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. That is exactly why we recommend starting with one.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Nearly every dispute we see was a misunderstanding support could have resolved in minutes, and a chargeback permanently closes the account it relates to.
